Shipping Info: Shipping of vinyl records will be done by standard letter mail. No tracking option or insurance available.

Shipment takes 1-2 business days for processing and 1 business day for national shipping. International shipping takes 5-10 business days.
Return Policy: Items can be returned within 14 days after receipt. You will get the price for the item refunded, but not the initial shipping cost.

If the item got damaged while shipping you will get a full refund including initial shipping cost, given that you provide Twice Infinity Records with proof of packaging damage (photo etc.). Please contact twiceinfinityrecords@gmail.com in this case.
